Liquid Investments employs people in Dubbo, Tamworth and Armidale across Summer Springs, Coffee Bean Roasting House and The Lab. We hire drivers, roasters, baristas, sales staff, warehouse staff and administrators, and we train and promote our own people wherever we can.
From delivery driver to Head of Coffee.
Chris Briggs joined us more than 17 years ago as a delivery driver in Dubbo. He learnt the runs and the customers, and that led to a sales role. From sales he moved into operations, and became our Operations Manager.
In late 2026 Chris steps into a new role as Head of Coffee. It is a good example of how we like to fill senior roles: with people who already know the business from the ground up.

Sales
Territory sales managers look after existing customers and win new ones for both water and coffee across regional NSW.
Roasting and production
Roast, blend and pack specialty coffee in Dubbo and Tamworth, to the standard our awards were won on.
Delivery
Drive a Summer Springs truck on scheduled regional runs, delivering 15 litre bottles and getting to know your customers.
Administration and customer service
Customer service, accounts, marketing and management, keeping orders, invoices and customers on track.
Café
Baristas and café managers at The Lab, serving coffee roasted metres away.
Warehousing and logistics
Manage stock, receive deliveries and coordinate dispatch so water and coffee leave on time.
